I have a 250gb Seagate Free Agent Go Flex drive ... I was just wondering when they would launch the thunderbolt adapter and would i then be able to use that drive for time machine? with thunderbolt speeds?
I have the 1.5TB model and I've also been wondering if/when they would launch the Thunderbolt adapter. Although I already use mine for time machine.

I'm about to replace the hard drive in a 17" iMac G4 800. When I take the old one out (80 GB Ultra ATA 100), will it be able to work in a Power Mac G4 "Sawtooth" (AGP)?
Just not sure about the technicalities of HD backward compatibility. I think the drive in the first drive bay is an ATA/66.

should have searched first! Seems you need a PC to flash the card. I've only got 3 macs so thats out. I'll have to buy a pre flashed card if I want improvements
You didn't search deep enough ;) ATI cards can be flashed on a Mac using VNC and Graphicaccelerator. It's easy. Search for "flashing 9800 using VNC" on cubeowner.com for details.

I hate AT&T with a passion. Yet, I'd never switch to Verizon because I'm hooked on 3Mbps + speeds. They're the crack of carriers.
Switching is probably useless, as Verizon most likely will do the same.
Why leave money on the table?
I agree with the poster about ATT always charging something extra here and there and they know they get away with it as you can never reach anybody to straighten this out or most people won't check a 75 plus page phone bill.
They do @$#@$%#%$#
I am also looking into Boost or other pay as you go services for phone calls.
Need more wifi in places and we can get away with an ipod or ipad.
Let's just say lots of us will check how to get unf#$#$

I am not defending Full of Win. I sincerely am not.
But some people should keep in mind that it's entirely possible to love a company's products while not liking part or all of the actual company or how they operate on given occasions.
It's very easy for some here to just throw out the term troll and hater just because someone isn't accepting of Apple's PR, etc.

Your point is quite valid, but this is specifically directed at Full of Win who has a long history of making anti-Apple comments here. It's certainly true that he might like their products and hate the company that makes it. His comments are so over the top, so factually slanted, that he gets criticized for it.
Either he is sincere, in which he might take the advice to heart. Or he is trolling, in which case he is already doing precisely what he set out to do, in which case nothing will change.

I wonder how many of these posts are trolls? I haven't had any issues whatsoever with 4.3.1. I also didn't have any problems with 4.3; battery life has been absolutely stellar and call performance actually improved in 4.3.1.

My post was only specific to do with his mannerisms: triangular hand positioning (Jobs; and actors of V) the most noticeable. To me that is kissing arse; no need to copy that.
