Attended 485 Interview yesterday, everything went fine, the office told me that they need 120 days to review the file and will inform the decision after that. For me it looks like he basically collected all the documentation from me and will forward them to the Supervisor.

There have been cases reported in past on this forum where the PERM approval was lost in mail.
You should ask your employer to download the PERM approval from DOL ETA website, which should be completed and signed by both you and your employer (similar to the PERM paper approval that you did not receive).
Your lawyer should submit this form with I-140 and also request USCIS to obtain a duplicate copy of PERM approval from DOL. This may help.
Are you porting to EB2?

I would like to get my M-I-L's visa extended for couple of months, whose I94 is valid until June7th.
She got her multiple visa through her daughter , around 9 years back.They are no longer in US.Currently
Please let me know the following.
`a) The documents needed for extension.
i moved to a new employer and my previous employer who filed my GC has cancelled my H1.
currently iam working on EAD and haven't invoked AC21.
b)Can my m-i-l stay beyond her I94 date,until we hear from USCIS about approval/denial?
I would apppreciate all your suggestions and responses.

US did not invest in ou upbringing or education.

Hi
My H1B expires on sept 30th 2010.(passport has vaild visa also stamped in it till sept 30th)
Extension has been applied . If extension is approved say by august, can I go for stamping in august end.Basically how soon can i go for h1b stamping before old stamping expires.
If there is a problem in stamping can i return on the old visa stamp.

I have my PD as Nov 2007 on EB3 , and i dont know how much patient i would be for my GC.
Can somebody guide me with the PR process for Canada,
I am Computer Engineer with H1, and i need the requirements for Canada PR,
eg , Do i need TOEFL or IELTS ? Do i need a Job Offer there? My Dads cousin brother is in Toronto, Do i get ant benefits (as it would be tough to prove the relationship)
Any help would be appreciated..

No, I am not planning for GC now but might apply for E3 visa in future so just want to keep all my visa in same passport.
1. Do you know any process of H1 stamp transfer on different new citizenship passport.
2. Is there's any wages difference between H1 & E3 ? Because I have heard while you are on H1 agents will take atleast 30% commission from your salary.

I am currently on EAD from 485 application (no H1b)..My 485 is applied in eb3 category. Also i-140 is approved.. I have moved to a new position in the same compnay where the job duties are 50% different from the earlier position.The Position also entitles me to start another Green card application under EB2. My QUestion is
Is it possible to apply for another GC in Eb2 and use the EAd status from the Eb3 application? Since I do not have
